All-Time MLB Player Hitting Stats

Eighth no-hitter in Tigers history, and first since 2011. First time there had been five no-hitters thrown this early in a season since 1917. Mariners were no-hit at home for the second time in 13 days, the first team to do that since 1923. First no-hitter in Mets history and the first no-hitter thrown at Citi Field. A ball hit by St. Louis' Carlos Beltrán was controversially ruled foul by the third base umpire, preserving the no-hitter in the 6th inning.
